Pucuk Mekar is an organization focused on mangrove conservation and education, based in Kelurahan Tahoa.

Impact

We have trained 2,500+ fishers, supported 150+ sustainable aquaculture projects restoring 500 hectares, reduced overfishing by 30%, increased fishers' income by 40%, expanded to five coastal regions.

Vision & Mission

We aim to expand to 10 coastal regions by 2027, train 5,000+ fishers, develop a digital marketplace, launch a blue finance initiative, restore 1,000 hectares of coastal ecosystems, and increase fishers' income by 50%.
