KWN Fatimah Az Zahrah empowers coastal women through seafood processing training and micro-business mentoring, increasing family income and economic independence without neglecting their domestic roles.

Impact

We enhances member capacity through training in income generation, food safety, and product quality while Chairwoman Nuraeni represents the organization in national development and industry forums.

Vision & Mission

We plan to empower more coastal women, especially fishermen’s wives, by equipping them with fish processing skills they can share with others, while also expanding programs like elderly education for independent living.
